Terms of use

MonaSign lets a company design email signatures, fill them in for each person in the company, and hand those signatures out through share pages, emails or the Outlook add-in. The service is provided by Weedoo VOF, Belgium.

You need an account to create or join a workspace. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at hello@weedoo.work if you think someone else is using them.

The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can invite other members. Owners and admins are responsible for what their members and their entered data do within the workspace.

Everything you enter or upload stays yours: designs, images, people's details, company branding. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as far as needed to run the service for you, for example to render a signature on a share page you send to a colleague.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, including logos, photos and the personal details of the people you add.

For the personal data your company enters, your company is the controller and Weedoo VOF the processor. The data processing agreement is part of these terms and the providers we use are listed on the sub-processors page.

Do not use MonaSign to:

• impersonate a person or company you are not authorised to represent;
• send unsolicited bulk email or use signature links for phishing or malware;
• upload content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights or is abusive;
• probe, overload or interfere with the service or other customers' data.

We may suspend or close a workspace that does any of this, and we will tell the owner why.

MonaSign is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Plans, limits and prices are shown on monasign.com and before you subscribe, and include the taxes that apply to you. The Outlook add-in and the other ways of handing out signatures are part of the subscription and carry no separate charge.

No refunds. Payments are final. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings; the plan then stays active until the end of the paid period, and no part of a paid period is refunded, whether for remaining days, unused seats or a change of mind. The only exceptions are where the law gives you a right to a refund that cannot be waived, or where the data processing agreement says so. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, the workspace is set to read only until payment resumes.

The Outlook add-in is provided as part of the service and depends on Microsoft's platform. We keep it working with current versions of that platform, but we cannot control changes Microsoft makes. Installing the add-in in a Microsoft 365 tenant is done by that tenant's administrator under Microsoft's own terms.

We aim to keep MonaSign available around the clock, and we announce planned maintenance in advance when we can. We may add, change or retire features; if a change removes something you rely on, we give workspace owners at least 30 days' notice by email.

MonaSign is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Weedoo VOF is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by the service being unavailable or by a signature rendering differently in a mail client. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or gross negligence.

You can delete your workspace at any time from the settings, which removes its data as described in the privacy policy. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if these terms are breached.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are handled by the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply in your own country.
